Established in 1992, Fairwin's track record of success of almost 30 years distinguishes us from other creative agencies. With focus on the Japanese F&B (Food & Beverage) industry our highly-experienced team of designers and marketing experts from an International background delivers the highest quality end-product - whilst ensuring that the design, visual representation and communication adhere to our clients brand positioning.
Honed and refined from our years of experience, we follow a workflow process to ensure that projects are delivered on-time and on-spec. Every step of the process from design to delivery is indispensable.
We work closely with a number of partner companies to offer a competitive and comprehensive solution including printing companies, photo studios, website programming outfits, application developers, translation practices, etc.
We are working with our partner printing factories to make efforts to use eco paper, recycled paper and soy ink as much as possible.
There are restrictions on production and standards for printed materials that use eco-materials, but we have gained understanding by actively explaining to customers. Efforts for the ecology of the entire company, such as the use of recycled paper, will also lead to the improvement of the corporate image.
In addition, we are trying to make it paperless, so all faxes are received by a personal computer so as not to waste paper as much as possible. Of course, we use eco-paper in the company, and try to keep trying to keep working on the earth with a little effort.
January 2022 will mark the 30th anniversary since Fairwin International was established.
I am so immensely grateful to our clients who have supported us over the years without whom our business could not possibly have thrived. We have also been very fortunate to have been given so many opportunities to work for many of the top Japanese restaurants in Hong Kong.
The menu book (or menu) is the most important sales tool for restaurants whereby consumers first immerse themselves in the interior followed by looking at the menu book. This indispensable sales & marketing tool connects consumers to the restaurants' products and it has been proven both qualitatively and quantitatively that the quality of the menu book impacts directly sales figures.
We specialise in menu book design and continuously conduct research to methodically enhance the impact of our designs from user behaviour to color management to photography to design to printing. This is our core competence. In recent years, we have expanded the scope of our offering to related disciplines to include web design, business solutions using IT and digital marketing.
We will continue to work with dedication to help our clients increase brand awareness and sales.
